We all try our best to be healthy. We make new years resolutions, though they may be ineffective, we try any kind of diet that’s popular, but our health (especially down to the individual is very complex.

Here’s what I tried:

  • Going to the gym (by myself and with friends)
  • Eating balanced meals
  • Being vegetarian
  • Taking public transportation
  • Taking the stairs
  • Yoga classes
  • Walking after work with coworkers
  • A 30-day salad challenge
  • Cutting carbs
  • Counting calories
  • and the list goes on…

All of those attempts did not develop into healthy habits, but I definitely tried. But now I’ve found that will, that motivation. It’s not how I wanted it to happen, but I definitely am willing to try.
